1. Digital Content (eBooks, Guides, Memberships, Downloads)
Due to the nature of digital products and instant access upon purchase:
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or returns for downloadable or viewable digital content.
In case of a technical issue or inability to access the product, please contact our support team. We’ll work to resolve the issue or provide access as soon as possible.
2. Physical Merchandise (Apparel, Collectibles, Accessories)
If you’ve purchased physical products through our affiliated store:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Non-returnable items:
Items marked as final sale
Opened or worn items (apparel, mugs, etc.)

3. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
A refund (minus shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method.

Please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
We will provide a free replacement or full refund, based on your preference.
5. Cancellations
Orders for physical products may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Digital product purchases cannot be canceled after payment is completed.
